Our Investors in People accreditation is valid for three years until 2014.

Feedback on our accreditation included that we should involve staff in developing our future business plans.

Our Discovery development programme was singled out as best practice by Investors in People.

Investors in People was established in 1991 and has helped thousands of employers to develop and enhance their organisations.

Investors in People

We were re-accredited to Investors in People – the hallmark of best practice in organisations.

The Investors in People scheme is designed to help companies develop their performance through their employees.

Assessors interviewed five per cent of our staff about 10 areas of the business, including business strategy, learning and development, leadership and management and continuous improvement.

The areas in which we were identified as doing well included our Project Dynamo training for operational staff, our apprentice scheme, Think Customer roadshow and customer service training.
