We were re-accredited to Investors in People – the hallmark of best practice in organisations.
The Investors in People scheme is designed to help companies develop their performance through their employees.
Assessors interviewed five per cent of our staff about 10 areas of the business, including business strategy, learning and development, leadership and management and continuous improvement.
The areas in which we were identified as doing well included our Project Dynamo training for operational staff, our apprentice scheme, Think Customer roadshow and customer service training.
